In the case of a cancellation for a specific reason, it can take up to 48 hours for the cancellation to fully process, and 3 to 10 days for the refund to appear in the buyer's account.

If buyer does not respond in a timely matter for personalized & custom orders it can interferes and effect production timeline in which it may cause seller to no longer be able to fulfill the order, we will then have the right to cancel your order.
